Parts Advisor

We are recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor at a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established dealership, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient department operations.

Competitive basic salary of £32,500 per annum plus performance-based bonuses, with an OTE of approximately £38,500
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis

Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to retail and workshop clients
Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
Reconciling and processing stock orders and returns efficiently
Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
Ensuring all parts are correctly located, stocked, and logged
Logging stock discrepancies and liaising with the Parts Manager to resolve issues
Maintaining accurate administration records and updating the parts database
Supporting the smooth operation of the parts department to meet customer expectationsRequirements of a Parts Advisor:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Practical knowledge of computer systems and stock control processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within team settings
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
