Access Control Engineer- London M25- £40,000- £43,000+ Overtime + Excellent Benefits

* £40,000 - £43,000 basic salary.

Access Control Engineer Overview

Are you an experienced Access Control Engineer looking for a role with no on call, door to door travel pay, and excellent earning potential?

We're recruiting for a well-established specialist in Access Control systems, working across major construction sites throughout London, the M25, and surrounding counties. You'll be installing, servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on modern access control solutions, including facial recognition technology and swipe card readers integrated with turnstile systems.

Full product training is provided on the company's own equipment, making this an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to develop their technical knowledge while working for a growing and supportive business.

Access Control Engineer Role & Responsibilities

* Install, service, maintain, and fault-find on Access Control systems.

* Work with facial recognition technology, swipe card readers, and turnstile-integrated systems.

* Attend commercial and construction sites across London, the M25, and surrounding areas.

* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.

* Deliver a high standard of customer service while representing the company professionally.

* Accurately complete service documentation and job reports.

* Follow health and safety procedures on-site at all times.

Access Control Engineer Skills & Experience

We're looking for engineers who have:

* Previous experience installing and servicing Access Control systems.

* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.

* Experience with Paxton Access Control systems (preferred but not essential).

* A full UK driving licence.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and technologies.
