Project Manager – Construction Consultancy
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for the next step in your career with a consultancy that genuinely invests in its people?
Our client is a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager to join their successful Bristol office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid consultancy or client-side project management experience who is keen to develop into a Senior Project Manager over the next few years. The Role
Working across a varied portfolio of construction projects, you will be responsible for delivering schemes from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple construction projects across a range of sectors.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
Leading project teams and coordinating consultants and contractors.
Managing programmes, budgets, procurement and risk.
Chairing meetings and providing regular progress reports.
Ensuring projects comply with quality, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work. About You
We're looking for someone who has already built a strong foundation in project management and is ready to accelerate their career.
Ideally you'll have:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy, client-side organisation or similar environment.
Experience delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of projects.
A relevant construction, property or engineering degree.
Working towards, or already achieved, professional membership (APM, RICS or CIOB) would be advantageous. What's on Offer
