Help Build a Brand-New Production Department

KRG are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing signage company that is investing heavily in expanding its in-house manufacturing capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first members of a brand-new production department, playing a key role in shaping its future as the business continues to grow.

The Role
As a Sign Maker, you'll be responsible for manufacturing a wide variety of bespoke signage while helping the business expand its in-house production offering.
Your duties will include:
Manufacturing and assembling a range of commercial signage
Producing illuminated lightboxes
Fabricating acrylic signage
Manufacturing built-up letters
General sign making and fabrication
Maintaining high quality standards throughout production
Working closely with the wider team to develop new manufacturing capabilities as the department grows
This is a fantastic opportunity to have genuine input into how the production department develops, with the chance to broaden the range of products manufactured in-house over time.
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience working within a signage production or sign-making environment
Experience manufacturing commercial signage from start to finish
Knowledge of working with acrylics, aluminium, built-up letters and general fabrication techniques
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help build and grow a successful production department

Overtime paid at time and a half
