About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly nursery team in Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity for childcare professionals who are passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing and stimulating early years environment.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and education for children, following the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures and nursery policies. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexibility discussed at interview.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care, learning and play opportunities for children in line with the EYFS framework.
Support children's individual needs, interests and development through engaging activities and purposeful play.
Act as a key person where required, building positive relationships with children and their families.
Observe, assess and record children's progress, contributing to planning and next steps for learning.
Help create a safe, inclusive, clean and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, food hygiene and nursery policies at all times.
Work closely with colleagues, room leaders, managers and external professionals to support children's wellbeing and development.
Communicate warmly and professionally with parents and carers about children's daily routines, progress and care needs.
Support children with personal care routines, including meals, toileting, nappy changing and rest times.
Contribute positively to team meetings, training and continuous improvement within the nursery.About You

Level 3 childcare qualification, or a willingness to work towards a recognised early years qualification.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery, preschool or early years setting is desirable.
A good understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding responsibilities.
A warm, patient and caring approach with children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families and colleagues.
A flexible, reliable and team-focused attitude.
A genuine passion for supporting children to feel safe, confident, valued and ready to learn.What We Offer
