Bookings Administrator – Banstead, Surrey
Location: Banstead, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (reduced hours will be considered for the right candidate)
Salary: £26,437 per annum (pro rata for reduced hours)
We are looking for an organised and reliable Bookings Administrator to join our busy electrical services team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
We understand that flexibility can be important. While this is primarily a full-time position, we are happy to consider reduced or school-friendly hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling engineers for planned and reactive works
* Managing engineers' diaries and appointments
* Liaising with customers, engineers, and suppliers
* Updating job management systems and maintaining accurate records
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Supporting the operations team with day-to-day administration
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
