The Role

Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to help them achieve their full potential.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development.

Adapt to the individual needs of pupils, including those with additional learning needs.

Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate.

The Candidate

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.

A patient, caring and proactive approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, adaptable and professional attitude.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

This Learning Support Assistant position offers competitive daily rates from £110 - £140 per day, depending on experience and the nature of the role.
