Vehicle Technician - Stratford-upon-Avon - Up to £40,000 Basic - OTE £44,000 - Main Dealership

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a successful main dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers a basic salary of up to £40,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £44,000, plus an excellent benefits package and opportunities for career progression and manufacturer training.

Job Role – Vehicle Technician
Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic | OTE Up to £44,000 + Benefits
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40-hour week)

1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am – 1:00pm

Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.

Complete all work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer repair times.

Accurately record diagnosis, work completed, and parts used in line with dealership and manufacturer procedures.

Conduct vehicle health checks and report any additional work required.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations.

Liaise professionally with Service Advisors and colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction are achieved at all times.

Minimum Vehicle Technician Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).

At least 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a main dealership.

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
