Our prestigious client a leading provider of Supported Living to Adults with Learning Disabilities, is looking to appoint a team of experienced Support Workers in Newbury.

Your role

To support the registered manager and the business services in providing high standards of care and quality of life to the people whom we support. To provide quality support and promote independence in all aspects of daily life to people in their own homes, in relationships, health and wellbeing, employment and leisure.

You MUST:

Have or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Residential Care
Be passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment
Have the resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
Have a full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months **Please note we are also recruiting for Support Workers and Team Leaders for the same service**
