Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established Adults Mental Health team seeking a dedicated Social Worker with previous mental health experience to support adults with complex needs and deliver high-quality, person-centred interventions.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Social Work England (SWE) registration.
Previous experience working within an Adults Mental Health team.
Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and its statutory guidance.
Excellent communication and assessment skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
A proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
The Role:
You'll work with adults experiencing mental health challenges, carrying out strengths-based assessments, safeguarding responsibilities, care planning, and working alongside health professionals and partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Whats on Offer:
