A Junior Copilot Studio Developer (Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Platform) is required by a growing organisation delivering AI and automation solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has already built AI agents or automation solutions and is looking to develop their career working on enterprise-scale projects with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure.
To be successful as a Junior Copilot Studio Developer, you'll ideally have experience with:
You'll work closely with Solution Architects and Senior Developers throughout the full development life cycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions through to testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation. You'll also contribute to governance, documentation and best practice as new AI capabilities are introduced.
The role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365, with structured support towards Microsoft certifications and exposure to enterprise AI programmes. It's an ideal next step for someone who has already started building AI agents and wants to work on larger, more complex Microsoft AI solutions.

- Integrating applications using REST APIs, standard connectors or other integration technologies.
- Working on AI, automation or low-code projects, either commercially or through substantial personal projects.
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
