We're recruiting for an Access & Licensing Executive to join a specialist regulatory and operational team responsible for managing access applications, licensing processes, stakeholder enquiries, and document governance activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to develop experience within a regulated environment. The role offers exposure to regulatory casework, stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and compliance processes.
The RoleWorking within a collaborative team, you'll coordinate and manage a range of applications and regulatory processes, ensuring work is delivered accurately and within agreed timescales.
You'll be responsible for managing casework through various stages, supporting senior colleagues with analysis and recommendations, and maintaining high standards of document control and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and process applications, ensuring submissions are complete and progress through the appropriate workflow.
- Manage a varied caseload while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct research and analyse information to support decision-making and recommendations.
- Support the assessment of applications and contractual changes.
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries and provide guidance on relevant processes and requirements.
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to incoming requests.
- Monitor publication requests and maintain accurate tracking logs.
- Prepare documents for publication, including accessibility checks and redactions where required.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure information is published accurately and on time.
- Support wider operational, reporting, governance, and policy-related activities as required.
About You

You'll ideally have experience working in an administrative, operational, compliance, governance, regulatory, or case management environment.

- Experience working independently and using initiative to resolve issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
