SAP RMCA Consultant/Architect (Czech Market)

Overview

• Senior SAP RMCA Consultant/Architect for a major telecommunications client
• Initial scope: project audit/analysis/status assessment, followed by recommendations and next-step guidance
• Potential extension into long-term collaboration, depending on project outcomes and daily rate alignment

Key Responsibilities

• Audit of an ongoing RMCA project including solution design, configuration, and compliance
• Assess alignment with Czech legislative and business requirements
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Provide clear analytical insights, problem-solving guidance, and strategic recommendations
• Support cross-team discussions across Czech stakeholders (CZ/SK/EN)

Expertise

• Strong senior background in SAP RMCA
• Proven experience with Czech legislative, regulatory, and business environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with Czech-based teams
• Experience delivering project assessments, audits, and remediation plans

Language

• Czech or Slovak strongly preferred
• English-only candidates may be considered if they have strong RMCA experience specifically in the Czech market
• Must be able to discuss across Czech teams; English is widely spoken but not ideal for all interactions

Assignment Duration & Allocation

• Exact duration unknown
• Initial audit phase expected to last 1-2 months
• Up to 100% FTE possible during the initial phase
• Long-term collaboration possible depending on audit results and daily rate suitability

Working Mode

• Remote, hybrid, or onsite - client is flexible
• Consultant must be available during Czech working hours
• Onsite presence is a plus, not a requirement
