Lead a high-performing night shift team and help ensure trains are clean, safe, and ready for service every day.

The Role and About You

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role within a busy railway environment. As a Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a team of Train Cleaners, ensuring all cleaning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest presentation standards before trains return to passenger service.

The role is based on a night shift pattern of 20:00pm–06:00am, working a 4-on, 5-off rotation followed by 5-on, 4-off. The organisation places a strong emphasis on teamwork, operational excellence, and employee development, offering a supportive working environment with structured training and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
