Personal Assistant to Executive Leadership Team
Location: Hindley Green
Job Type: Permanent but would consider Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Weeks Per Year: Full Year
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37 hours a week
Salary: £27,254.00 - £29,540.00
Adecco are supporting a successful education organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership.
Duties:
Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules
Acting as the first point of contact for senior leaders
Monitoring emails and correspondence, prioritising urgent matters
Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation
Taking minutes and tracking actions from meetings
Coordinating travel arrangements and events
Maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative processes
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator position
Experience within education or the public sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
A proactive and professional approach
High levels of discretion and confidentiality
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
