About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

* Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and complex needs).

* Work alongside class teachers to deliver tailored, engaging learning activities.

* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, helping boost confidence and independence.

* Provide 1:1 and small-group support, adapting resources and communication to individual needs.

* Encourage emotional regulation, communication skills and social development.

* Help maintain a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
