THE ROLE
As a Master Technician, you'll be the workshop's technical specialist, supporting the workshop team while carrying out complex diagnostics and repairs to the highest manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
·Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults
·Carrying out advanced repairs and diagnostic work
·Providing technical guidance and support to fellow technicians
·Assisting the Workshop Controller and Service Department with technical queries
·Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
·Supporting workshop productivity and maintaining high-quality workmanship
·Ensuring compliance with health & safety and manufacturer procedures
·Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through first-time fix rates

ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Previous experience as a Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
·Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Experience working within a franchised dealership or large independent workshop
·A proactive approach with the ability to support and mentor other technicians
·Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
·A commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
