Lunchtime Supervisor - SE6
A SEN school in SE6 are looking for a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join their nurturing SEN school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and creating a safe, structured and enjoyable lunchtime experience.
About the Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a vital part in our pupils' day by:
Building positive, trusting relationships with children who have social, emotional and mental health needs
Supporting pupils during lunch, both in the dining hall and outdoor play areas
Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social interaction
Helping create a calm, safe and inclusive environment
Working closely with staff to ensure routines are followed and pupils feel supported
What We're Looking For
MUST HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS
Patient, resilient and able to support children in a SEND/ COMPLEX NEEDS setting
Confident in setting boundaries with warmth and consistency
Able to stay calm under pressure and think on their feet
Passionate about helping young people thrive I look forward to hearing from you
