A supportive SEND school in Nuneaton now seeks a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a part‑time September start. As you begin this role, you take an active position in the classroom and support pupils with a range of additional needs. You work closely with teachers and help create a calm, structured and encouraging learning environment. Moreover, you guide pupils through daily tasks and help them build confidence, independence and emotional stability. Additionally, you support positive behaviour and ensure every child feels safe, understood and ready to learn.
