We are recruiting a committed teaching assistant to support pupils with complex SEND needs in a nurturing and well‑resourced school.
About the Role
* Provide tailored support for pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD, and SLD, ensuring learning is accessible and meaningful.
* Adapt teaching materials, sensory tools, and communication aids to meet individual learning profiles.
* Assist with personal‑care routines, mobility support, and independence‑building tasks.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver structured interventions.
* Support pupils during therapy sessions such as physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, rebound therapy, or sensory‑integration activities.
* Contribute to progress monitoring, behaviour support strategies, and IEP reviews.

* Experience supporting SEND pupils.
* Empathy, resilience, and a positive, child‑centred approach.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Qualifications such as CACHE, NVQ, or TA Level 2/3 are beneficial.
* Commitment to developing as a teaching assistant.
