A vibrant and creative advertising agency based in London is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and proactive Studio Manager/Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, starting next Monday.
Working alongside another Receptionist, you'll be part of a collaborative front-of-house team, ensuring the studio runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues. This is far more than a traditional reception role – you'll become a key part of the business, gaining exposure to different departments and playing an active role in the day-to-day operations of a thriving creative agency.

What you'll be doing:
Welcoming clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders with a warm and professional approach.
Managing the reception area and ensuring the front of house always looks its best.
Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Organising couriers, post, deliveries, and office supplies.
Providing administrative support across the business.
Assisting with office events, hospitality, and facilities coordination.
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks to keep the studio running seamlessly.What we're looking for:
At least 12 months' experience in a Reception, Front of House, Hospitality, Retail, or other customer-facing role.
A friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A polished and professional presentation.
A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
Enthusiasm to learn, develop, and grow within a creative business.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.
