The Role:
Supervise classes during teacher absence
Deliver pre-set work and keep students engaged
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
Provide feedback to teaching staffRequirements:
Passion for education and supporting young people
Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent)
Confident, reliable and professional approach
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:
