Contracts Coordinator
£30,000 per annum
Woking (Must drive due to location)
Are you an organised administrator with experience coordinating contractors, maintenance teams or property-related services? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity. We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to provide vital support to a busy contracts team, ensuring work is planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate subcontractors, temporary staff and site schedules
Arrange plant, equipment hire and waste collections
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Schedule site visits, inspections and follow-up works
Support with project administration and documentation
Prepare and update project paperwork, including RAMS
Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years' administration experience within a contractor, maintenance, facilities, construction or property environment
Experience coordinating engineers, contractors or field-based teams
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
