Job Role: Framework MEICA Manager
Location: Hampton
Salary / Rate: £90,000 + benefits package

About the Role:

Our client is looking to strengthen their delivery team with a Framework MEICA Manager for the Thames Water framework, supporting the Operations Manager.

You will deliver a range of schemes to maintain and improve Thames Water's water supply and wastewater treatment assets across the London and Guildford region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivery of MEICA schemes across the region
* Develop, implement, and manage the MEICA strategy
* Work closely with Programme Managers, Delivery Leads, and Design Management to ensure a consistent approach across the framework
* Take full lifecycle responsibility for MEICA from project inception through to commissioning and handover
* Provide early MEICA delivery input into design development, optioneering, and detailed design, while establishing a consistent approach to reviewing supply chain design submissions
* Support Programme Managers with resource planning and recruitment
* Work with the Programme Managers, Procurement Manager, and Operations Manager to establish a framework-wide MEICA procurement strategy
* Meet regularly with delivery leads to ensure MEICA is delivered in a consistent manner
* Meet regularly with MEICA teams to review performance and provide feedback
* Implement methods and processes to ensure behaviours are developed to drive excellence across all projects
* Be fully conversant with MEICA subcontractor contract conditions and any risks associated with their processes or methodologies
* Ensure all projects are delivered with zero health, safety, and environmental incidents, demonstrating commitment to Health, Safety & Welfare and Environmental policies

About You:

* Water/wastewater experience essential
* Engineering or construction background
* Experience leading large teams of MEICA professionals and contractors
* Proven ability to manage a large MEICA team within a Design & Build environment
* Knowledge and understanding of construction contract law
* Ability to influence internal stakeholders and help shape the MEICA strategy
