About the Role

You'll work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

Autism (ASC)
ADHD
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
Speech, Language and Communication Needs
Moderate, Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties
Complex and Medical Needs
Your responsibilities may include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support.
Encouraging communication, independence and social development.
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs.
Helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Celebrating every success—big or small.

We're looking for caring, patient and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a positive difference.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience supporting children or vulnerable adults (education, care, residential or healthcare settings).
A positive, adaptable and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
No school experience? No problem! If you have transferable skills from care, support work, youth work or similar roles, we'd love to hear from you.
