Workshop Administrator
A well-established business in Kent is looking for an organised and proactive Workshop Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
As workshop Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop by coordinating administration, maintaining records & supporting wider teams.
Create & process WIPS and associated documentation
Accurately input engineers’ timesheets & maintain the workshop records
Check timesheets, job sheets & supplier invoices to support cost control
Raise invoices for completed work & ensure they are processed promptly
Coordinate the workshop diary & scheduling engineers’ workloads
Raise POs & process goods received where required
Maintain compliance records, including inspection schedules
The Person:
Previous experience in administrative or workshop coordination role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using MS packages
Experience within an engineering, automotive, construction or industrial environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
What’s on offer:
Permanent, full-time position
Salary of £26,000 - £30,000pa DOE
Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4pm (30-minute lunch)
25 days’ annual leave + BH, increasing to 29 days with length of service
Free onsite parking
