Job Advert: Part‑Time Teacher (Mixed Y3/4 Class)
A larger‑than‑average primary school is seeking an enthusiastic class teacher to join its team for a two‑day‑a‑week position, working Thursdays and Fridays within a mixed Year 3/4 class. This role is offered for the full academic year, with the potential to transition onto a school‑based contract for the right candidate.
The school serves a vibrant community with average levels of SEND and EAL, and prides itself on delivering a broad, ambitious curriculum enriched by memorable learning experiences. It places a strong emphasis on developing avid readers with rich vocabulary, and ensures that pupil and staff wellbeing sits at the heart of every decision.

The successful candidate will:
Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across the mixed Y3/4 class
Use established schemes of work and contribute to bespoke curriculum planning
Foster a love of reading and vocabulary development
Support pupils of all backgrounds to achieve their potential
Uphold the school's commitment to wellbeing, inclusion, and high‑quality teachingThis role is paid at M1-M6, offering an excellent opportunity for a teacher seeking a part‑time position within a supportive, forward‑thinking school community.
