Our client is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their established housing management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-respected housing provider that values collaboration, customer service, and employee wellbeing.

Based from the Greenham office one day per week, you'll manage your own diary, balancing home working with visits across your local patch to support customers and communities.

As a Housing Officer, you'll be the visible presence within your neighbourhoods, delivering a high-quality housing management service while building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, local authorities, and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer:
Deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services across your designated area.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing advice, support, and practical solutions.
Build effective relationships with local authorities, community groups, contractors, and partner organisations.
Use performance data and customer insight to drive service improvements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Support neighbourhood initiatives and contribute to creating safe, sustainable communities.
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is managed responsibly.
Promote a positive, customer-focused approach while working collaboratively across teams.We're looking for someone who has:

Experience within tenancy, leasehold, or neighbourhood management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
Knowledge of housing and landlord services, with the confidence to apply legislation and best practice.
A customer-focused approach with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes.
Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.What's on offer:

Salary of £32,000 - £40,000
Hybrid working with a mix of home working, office, and community-based visits
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
Option to buy or sell annual leave
