Job Title: Events Coordinator – fully remote
Salary: IRO £27,500 pa
Benefits: Annual bonus based on company performance (up to 15%)
Contributory pension after 3 month probation
27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Potential for fast-track promotion based on success
Hours: 37.5 pw – flexible hours
Location: Remote
This role may require occasional overnight stays across the UK to support events with travel required to attend meetings mainly in London
Events Coordinator Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the online events as well as supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. This may include:
* Taking ownership of specific event streams, from coordination and planning through to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement.
* Managing the events calendar on the bespoke Member platform, ensuring all sessions, discussions, and activities are accurately scheduled and promoted.
* Involvement with the planning and execution of the increasing in person events programme.
* Providing event reporting, collating feedback, capturing recordings and other event outputs as required.
* Engaging with other area of business to feed into communications and event promotion, programme design, Membership opportunities, and invoicing requirements.
* Providing strategic input into wider business initiatives.
* Participating in in-person events nationwide.
Events Coordinator Skills and Experience:
* Ability to prioritise work to meet varying deadlines
* Confident at engaging with stakeholders at all levels to build trusted relationships
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
* Enthusiastic self-starter, highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
* Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Ability to spot new opportunities and contribute to business planning
* An eye for detail, strong administration skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
* Competent user of Microsoft 365 packages
Events Coordinator Desirable skills:
* Experience of managing in person or online events schedules
* Experience using Zoom to manage online events
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
