Role Overview
In this role, you will provide first-line support for enterprise tablet deployments, managing devices throughout their life cycle using Microsoft Intune. You will be responsible for device provisioning, configuration, user onboarding, asset management, and troubleshooting, ensuring all devices are secure, compliant, and ready for business use.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tablet enrolment, configuration, compliance, and policy deployment using Microsoft Intune.
• Provision, stage, configure, and deploy tablet devices to end users.
• Provide first-line support for tablet hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
• Support user onboarding, device refreshes, replacements, and decommissioning activities.
• Perform post-build validation, compliance checks, and quality assurance testing.
• Maintain accurate asset records, CMDB updates, and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Manage device inventory, stock control, and audit activities.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams and support continuous service improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and enterprise mobile device management.
• Knowledge of device provisioning, deployment, and life cycle management.
• Experience with asset management, inventory control, and CMDB maintenance.
• Strong first-line support, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and ITIL processes is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Active transferable SC Clearance is essential.

Contract Details

• Duration: 4 months
• Location: Leiston (100% onsite)
• Rate: £190-£200 per day (Inside IR35)
• Clearance: Active transferable SC Clearance required.
