A multi-functional Construction Consultancy is seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Quantity Surveying team in Surrey.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside an Associate Director, the new Quantity Surveyor will primarily support on several impressive high-end residential projects for private clients including new build developments and comprehensive refurbishments.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be providing pre and post contract services, whilst being guided and nurtured into a position where you feel comfortable running your own jobs.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or similar
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Working towards becoming MRICS
Experience within a PQS / Cost Consultancy practice
Pre and post contract knowledge
Driving licence and car
Residential project experience would be preferred, not essentialIn Return?

£40,000 - £50,000
