Hourly rate: £15.74 per hour (including holiday pay)
We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join the Additional Needs Team at our Blossomfield campus. These roles are hourly paid positions. The hours are flexible and variable, up to a maximum of 37 per week, and will be offered on a guaranteed annual hours basis.
The ideal candidates will have experience working in supportive or caring roles with young people or adults and will have an understanding of how to assist individuals with additional needs. Knowledge of inclusive learning and equal opportunities is also important.
Applicants should have a good general education up to GCSE level to include Maths and English at Grade C /Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) and demonstrate a willingness to develop specialist skills related to disabilities.
