Admin Case Officer
Location: Horizon House, Bristol, BS1 5AH
Hourly Rate: £13.47
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. Initially 9-5 but will be some flexibility after training
Training period: 6 weeks, no annual leave during this period.
Contract: Temporary assignment of 4 months with a possibility of extension.
Working Arrangement: First 6 weeks of training will be office based. Once training is complete this role will be hybrid 60% office based.
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
Collating and analysing complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
Preparing routine correspondence
Dealing with applications. Multiple cases and will be target driven once trained.
Engagement with stakeholders.
Telephone work
Great communication skills
Team work

* Training period of 6 weeks (no annual leave during this time)
* Basic DBS clearance (to be applied for by Brook Street upon successful application)
