Electrical Design Engineer is required to join a design and build manufacturer, with a background in electrical building services from an Electrical Contractor or Building Services Consultancy background.

Up to £65K, 25 days holiday, pensionWe require someone to hit the ground running so only able to accept applications from local individuals with electrical design experience in building services.

The Role

Lead a team of electrical design engineers
Electrical design of LV electrical layout requirements for multiple simultaneous projects
Equipment selections and design calculations
Attend Teams meeting with customers
Assist with project planning
Maintenance of relevant regulatory/legislative compliance
Specification of compliant parts and practicesYou

An experienced Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer
Likely to have worked in an Electrical Contractor or Building Services Consultancy
Previous experience in senior / leadership role
18th Edition qualified
Electrical Design skills are essential
HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering
AutoCAD experience/qualification
Amtech design calculation software experience is preferable
