Siamo Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established financial firm based in Swindon. The business is seeking an Administrator to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting their Advisers and Operations.
This is an opportunity providing stability, responsibility and cross department engagement working hand in hand with the Advisers and their clients.
As the Meeting Pack Administrator you will need an attentive eye, a passion for presentation and communicative nature.
Our client has been established since the early 2000‘s and leads the way with their passion for providing an excellent experience.
Due to the nature of the role financial service exposure is essential.
What does our clients benefits scheme include?
Up to a 20% annual bonus scheme (performance based)
Professional investment plans for relevant courses, exams and industry training materials
25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays (plus additional one each year and option to buy more/sell)

Recruitment referrals bonus of £250.00
Early finish Friday's, Christmas shutdowns, summer and winter events and additional time off on your birthday

This Administrator role will hold the below responsibilities:
Preparing and maintaining packs for new, current and renewing clients
Working with the FA’s and Practice Manager to improve processes
Supporting the FA’s with reviews and updates
Dealing with client calls on behalf of the firm
Arranging housekeeping meetings with the firms client base
Supporting all departments across the firm as and when required
The ideal candidate for this Administrator role will hold the below experience, skills and qualifications:
Previous administrative and experience is essential
Previous experience dealing with clients via the phone, email and face to face
Previous experience within financial services (banking, investment, insurance or wealth management)
SalesForce exposure would be advantageous
Microsoft Office proficient with exposure using CRM’s and Zoom
Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels
Attentive with an eye for detail
Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
