Salary: £27,976 per annum plus commission OTE £36K
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week 8am - 5pm

What does this role involve?
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in generating revenue, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right products and solutions to maximise sales opportunities.
You'll build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, meet and exceed sales targets, and use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue.
The role also requires maintaining product knowledge and awareness of market trends, managing a strong sales pipeline, accurately recording sales activity, and representing the Luxion Sales brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

We're looking for a driven and results-focused individual with proven experience in a sales environment and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
You will be a confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of building rapport quickly and identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
