Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent BMW Motorrad Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £25,000, a company car, and the potential to make a generous commission.
Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships.
Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their bike, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

About the role
Sytner BMW Motorrad Cardiff have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.
We are thrilled to have BMW Motorrad in Cardiff! As this is our very first year, this role offers a unique opportunity to help bring Motorrad back to Wales and grow your career alongside the business from the ground up.
As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new bike.
Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
On top of your £25,000 basic salary and very achievable OTE of £45,500, you will benefit from a company car, subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership, and discounts with popular high street retailers.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid UK motorcycle licence (A or A2 category) is required for this role. A full UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
