Warehouse Operative
Location: Eynsham
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum + Overtime Available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 | Fulltime
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our team in Eynsham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a clean, organised warehouse where accuracy and quality are valued over speed. You'll become part of a supportive team responsible for ensuring materials and products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including:
Receiving and processing inbound deliveries.
Unloading vehicles and moving stock into the warehouse.
Accurately booking stock using warehouse management systems.
Storing materials safely within designated locations.
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Processing returns and reusable packaging.
Supporting stock control and inventory checks.
Assisting with specialist warehouse activities following full training.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experience using warehouse or stock management systems is beneficial.
A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Desirable Skills
Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
Reach Truck Licence.
Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
