Traffic Marshal – Worthing

Location: Worthing, West Sussex

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £15 - £17 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction project in Worthing.

This is a varied role that will suit someone who is happy to be hands-on and assist with a range of site duties when traffic management responsibilities are not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely direct and manage vehicle movements on and around site

Act as the designated Traffic Marshal/Banksman for deliveries and plant movements

Assist with general labouring duties across the site

Maintain welfare facilities, including cleaning and restocking where required

Support site management in keeping work areas safe, tidy, and organised

Help with site set-up, deliveries, and material movement

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman certificate

Valid CSCS card

Previous experience working on construction sites

Willingness to undertake labouring and welfare duties as part of the role

Good understanding of site health and safety

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Full PPE required
