Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Lewisham
Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a welcoming and supportive school in Lewisham on a full-time basis.

Previous experience working as an HLTA in a school setting

Confidence leading whole-class learning and supporting pupils across a range of abilities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A degree (preferred)Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes
Support teachers in planning, preparing, and assessing learning
Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher where required
Provide targeted support to pupils to help them achieve their full potential
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
