Location: Warrington (WA1 4NF)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:30- 16:30
Contract: Temp Ongoing
Company & Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Electronic Assembly Technician for our client who are a highly reputable UK leader in the design and manufacturing of specialised/bespoke components for the Nuclear, Oil & Gas and Aerospace industries.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will carry out the assembly and, where appropriate, the refurbishment of the Company's products.
As an Electronic Assembler your duties will be;
Assemble transducers, make cable assemblies and accessories as directed.
Solder electronic components.
Work to electrical drawings/schematics.
Maintain a tidy workplace environment.
Safe use of hydraulic press.
Follow work/build instructions, prioritising multiple orders.
Comply with Health & Safety responsibilities.
The successful Electronic Assembler will have the following skills;
Experienced in Electrical Wiring and Electronic Assembly.
Previous experience in small electronic type bench assembly.
Understanding of electrical drawings/schematics
Soldering experience of small components.
Analytical and problem-solving electronic fault finding/ fault investigation and reporting.
Attention to detail, dedicated, able to work within small team.
Self-motivated and focused
