Your day-to-day will involve analysing client portfolios, conducting asset allocation research, and liaising with the Regulatory & Technical team to ensure advice excellence. You'll manage your own pipeline, prioritising complex cases whilst maintaining strong relationships with advisers and third-party providers. Technical Paraplanner Requirements
- Essential: CII Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum qualification)
- Essential: Proven experience within independent financial planning firm producing complex recommendation reports
- Essential: Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Desirable: Holding or working towards Chartered status
- Desirable: Experience with holistic financial planning and regulatory compliance
- Desirable: Proficiency with back-office systems and MS Office suite
