Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, SEN and specialist schools throughout Bedfordshire from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates or anyone passionate about supporting children who wants the freedom to choose when and where they work.

The role:

Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings
Support pupils with their learning, confidence and development
Work alongside teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and pupil needsWe're looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or support setting
Is caring, adaptable and confident working with a range of pupils
Can build positive relationships with children and staff
Is reliable, flexible and willing to get involved
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is happy to obtain oneWhy work with Tradewind Recruitment?
