THE ROLE
As a Bodyshop Quality Controller, you'll be responsible for ensuring every repaired vehicle meets the highest standards before being returned to customers. You'll work closely with technicians and management to maintain quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out detailed quality inspections on completed vehicle repairs.
·Identifying and resolving any workmanship or finish issues before vehicle handover.
·Ensuring all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
·Liaising with Panel Beaters, Paint Sprayers, MET Technicians, and workshop management.
·Completing final vehicle checks, including cosmetic appearance and operational functionality.
·Maintaining accurate inspection records and reporting any quality concerns.
·Supporting continuous improvement within the workshop by promoting high standards.
·Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Bodyshop Quality Controller, Bodyshop Controller, Workshop Quality Inspector, Vehicle Quality Controller, or Senior Bodyshop Technician looking to move into a quality-focused role.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience within a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
·Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, including panel, paint, and MET repairs.
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
·The ability to identify defects and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
·Strong communication and organisational skills.
·A proactive approach with the confidence to work closely with workshop teams.
·A full UK driving licence.
