About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Administrator to join our [team/department]. In this role, you’ll be responsible for administrative duties supporting the overall planning, delivery and day to day running of a HV Substation construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain site documentation, ensuring the latest drawings are issued, superseded versions removed, and drawing racks kept up to date.

* File and upload site delivery dockets and maintain project records.

* Prepare and manage site folders, including approved drawings, RAMS, and other project documentation.

* Support site meetings by preparing meeting rooms and recording minutes in Autodesk Construction Cloud.

* Monitor site sign-in/out procedures and maintain visitor PPE stock.

* Manage office administration, including printing, laminating, and ordering site supplies.

* Maintain team trackers, including holidays and training records, ensuring certifications and training remain current.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience (1-3 years) in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an construction environment.

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
