Continuous Improvement Lead
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Continuous Improvement Lead on behalf of our client based in Sheffield.

Duties:
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organisational goals
Identify a project roadmap on project plans and how the projects will be implemented
Identify and implement lean manufacturing processes and introduce problem solving tools
Standardise best practices and ensure sustainability of improvements
Support change culture and influence change
Provide training support in tools and new process changes
Identify and track improvements through processes and metrics
Target projects with improvement in efficiency, accuracy and improved quality
Interact in meetings towards process improvements with support of the Operations Manager
Identify waste/reduce waste in processes and implementing strategies to optimize processes
Improve service delivery and product standards
Requirements
* Extensive relative work experience demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge of continuous improvement.
* Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies - Lean, Six Sigma, Systems Thinking, Total Quality Management
