Up to £35,000 (Pro Rata) basic salary, £60,000 OTE (Pro Rata)

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser looking for greater flexibility without sacrificing your earning potential?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the sales team on a prestigious new residential development in New Romney, Kent. Working for one of the UK's leading housebuilders, you'll be selling a superb collection of contemporary homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to legal completion.

This permanent, part-time position offers the chance to work alongside an experienced full-time Sales Adviser, making it ideal for someone seeking an improved work-life balance while remaining within the New Homes industry.

Working hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm, three days per week, on a rota agreed with the sales team.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for guiding purchasers through every stage of the buying process, ensuring every customer receives a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. From welcoming visitors into the marketing suite to progressing reservations through to completion, you'll play a key role in the success of the development.

Responsibilities:

Welcome prospective purchasers to the development

*

Conduct show home and development tours

*

Qualify customers and identify their requirements

*

Secure reservations and progress sales through to completion

*

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal departments

*

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

*

Manage your customer pipeline and follow up enquiries

*

Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are presented to the highest standard

*

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey

Candidate Profile:

To be successful, you'll ideally have previous New Homes sales experience with a residential developer, although applicants with strong Estate Agency experience involving New Homes will also be considered.

You'll possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enjoy working towards targets and be confident managing multiple customers at different stages of the sales process. You'll also be highly organised, IT literate and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
