The Role
As a Vehicle Prepper / Paint Sprayer / Panel Beater, you'll carry out high-quality vehicle preparation, refinishing and repair work, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest possible standard. Attention to detail, efficiency and pride in your workmanship will be key to your success.
Your Responsibilities
Prepare vehicles and panels ready for painting.
Sand, fill and repair damaged panels.
Prime and mask vehicles prior to paint application.
Carry out high-quality paint preparation and refinishing.
Complete panel repairs where required.
Perform quality checks throughout the repair process.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Work efficiently while consistently delivering exceptional workmanship.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper, Paint Sprayer, Panel Beater or Bodyshop All-Rounder.
Minimum of 4 years' experience within an accident repair centre.
Excellent preparation, repair and refinishing skills.
Strong knowledge of modern bodyshop repair techniques.
Good understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and environmental procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What's On Offer
Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £90,000 per year.
