In this days-based position, you will be responsible for setting work for a small team of maintenance engineers, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and safely, and checking risk assessments and method statements before work is carried out.

This position would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer who is looking to step off the tools, lead a small team, and benefit from plenty of training and progression opportunities.

The Role:

Supervising a small team of maintenance engineers
Setting work and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed correctly
Checking risk assessments and method statements
£35,000 - £40,000
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Plenty of training and progression available
The Person:

Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer
Looking to step off the tools into a supervisory position
Comfortable overseeing a small team and checking that work is completed correctly
Experience with risk assessments and method statements
Commutable to Barnsley
