About the Role
We are recruiting for a permanent Project Manager to join an established bespoke exhibition company delivering high-quality exhibition stands and live event projects across the UK and internationally.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage projects from planning through to on-site delivery, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and installation teams while overseeing builds on-site.
This opportunity would also suit candidates with experience as an Exhibition Project Manager, Events Project Manager, Live Events Project Manager, Exhibition Build Manager, Event Production Manager or Installations Project Manager.
What You'll Do
• Manage exhibition and live event projects from initial planning through to completion
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets and resources
• Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met throughout each project
• Work closely with external suppliers, contractors and installation teams
• Manage on-site exhibition builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
• Oversee build quality and ensure an excellent final finish
• Resolve any issues quickly and effectively during installations
• Travel to customer sites across the UK and overseas when required
• Be available to work weekends when supporting live projects and exhibition builds
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the exhibition, exhibition build or live events industry is essential
• Strong experience managing on-site exhibition or event installations
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple suppliers and work to tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel abroad when required
• Flexibility to work weekends during exhibition builds and live events
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
